The changing pad is made of durable, comfort foam that feels both substantial and soft. The foam is covered by a quilted vinyl layer that is moisture and stain resistant--an obvious necessity in changing pads--but when put to the test, the contoured changing pad beaded moisture and wiped clean with a pass of a cloth.
